Data Deletion Instructions

1. Option A — Delete from inside the app

1. Sign in at www.bxq.app.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Click Delete my account.
4. Confirm via the email we send you.

Your account, all CRM data, and any connected Meta tokens are permanently deleted within 30 days. Webhooks subscriptions for your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts are unsubscribed immediately.

2. Option B — Email request

If you cannot sign in, send an email to bosxque@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Please include:

• The email address you registered with.
• Your Facebook Page ID, Instagram username, or WhatsApp Business number (if you connected any of these).
• Whether you want us to delete only the Meta-sourced data or your entire account.

We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation email when the deletion is complete, including a unique confirmation code.

3. Option C — Revoke from Facebook directly

To revoke bxq's access to your Meta account (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) at the source:

1. Go to your Facebook Business Integrations page.
2. Find bxq in the list.
3. Click Remove.

This immediately invalidates our access tokens. We will stop receiving webhooks for your account. However, historical conversation data already stored in our CRM is not deleted by this action alone — use Option A or B above to remove that too.

4. What gets deleted

• Your bxq user account (email, hashed password, profile settings).
• All CRM records owned by your tenant (prospects, conversations, messages, notes, follow-ups, tasks, files).
• All Meta-sourced data: access tokens (encrypted), page IDs, IG business account IDs, conversation threads, prospect profiles synced from Meta, attachments.
• Bot configurations, AI conversation logs, and any cached profile data from Instagram or Facebook Graph API.
• Integration credentials for third-party services (Stripe, Quickbooks, Google, etc.).

Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics and fraud-prevention logs may be retained in non-personally-identifiable form for up to 12 months, as permitted by applicable law.
